Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping methods and costs will be communicated at checkout or through a managed ordering process. Risk of loss transfers to the wholesale customer upon shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returns & Product Issues

Due to the nature of food products, wholesale orders are generally final sale.
If a product arrives with a clear defect or quality issue, wholesale customers must notify Mindful Snacks promptly upon receipt. Resolution of any return, replacement, or credit is handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable agreements.

Wholesale customers are responsible for proper storage, handling, and resale of products in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and food safety requirements.

Governing Agreements

If a wholesale customer has entered into a separate contract, managed program agreement, or other written agreement with Mindful Snacks, that agreement shall govern and control in the event of any conflict with these Terms & Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindful Snacks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from wholesale purchases or resale of products.
